When will my order be prepared?
After your order reaches us, it will be carefully prepared within 1-3 business days .

Has my order been shipped?
When your shipment is on its way, you will be sent a tracking number . This number will allow you to track where your shipment is in real time.
Is membership required when placing an order?
No. You can also order as a guest. However, creating a membership allows you to track your orders more easily and offers the chance to benefit from special campaigns.
