As Clothe & Clothe, we always see customer satisfaction as our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, return and refund transactions are carried out within the framework of both legal regulations and our company policies .

📦 Order and Delivery Process

  • Our products are specially produced and shipped by our suppliers abroad upon order.

  • For this reason, it is not possible to return the product in the classical sense , in accordance with the Customs Legislation .

  • However, Buyer Protection (Insured Shipping) option is offered:

    • Thanks to this protection; If your product does not arrive, arrives damaged or does not match the description , you can get a refund.

🕒 Right to Return and Duration

  • You must notify us of your return request via e-mail within 24 hours from the moment you receive the product.

  • Product:

    • Must be unused

    • The original packaging must be unopened .

    • The packaging and content must be complete.

⚠️ Returns of used or opened products are strictly not accepted.

❌ The following products are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Underwear

  • Shoe

  • Cosmetics products

  • Hat, socks

  • It is not legally appropriate to accept returns for hygienic reasons.

🔁 Order Cancellation

  • You can make a cancellation request within the first hour after placing your order.

  • Orders that exceed 1 hour cannot be cancelled or changed.

🧾 How Does the Return Process Work?

  1. Your return request will be evaluated within 2 business days after it reaches us.

  2. If approved, your product will be checked within 3 business days .

  3. If your return is approved, your money will be refunded to your account within 7 –14 business days .
    (Payment is made via the original method or an alternative method determined by you.)

🔎 Things to Consider

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

  • The original box, tags and all accessories must be complete.

  • Round trip shipping costs belong to the buyer.

  • For custom made products, the remaining amount will be refunded after the fabric and labor costs are deducted.

  • Returns made to the wrong address will not be accepted. The return address will be notified to you specifically.
